Reflections On Drugs

In the paper, we will analyze some problems related to drugs or psychoactive substances, while proposing solutions to questions such as: what and how did they lead to taking drugs? Are drugs causes or effects? etc., as a legal aggravating circumstance provided for by letter f, of art. 77 of the Criminal Code, the commission of the crime while voluntarily intoxicated with alcohol or other psychoactive substances, which is the object of our research.
