The Faculty of Legal Sciences of Hyperion University of Bucharest, Romania, is publishing the scientific journal: Analele Universității Hyperion. Drept și Administrație Publică/ Annals of Hyperion University. Law and Public Administration (AUHDAP), in English, French, or Romanian language, that is distributed both nationally and internationally, and its main domain of study is law. AUHDAP encompasses all areas of law, including national legislation, public international law and European law, general theory and philosophy of law, information technology law, and sports law.
Our Mission
Our AUHDAP journal publishes excellent articles from scholars, practitioners, students, and academic staff to promote critical thought and advance the field of law. While teaching law students, they help close the gap between academic theory and legal practice.
Our journal's primary goals and duties include:
- Scholarly Advancement: Encouraging critical, in-depth, peer-reviewed analysis of legal matters to impact legal doctrine, public policy, and court rulings.
- Current Awareness & Practical Utility: Providing practitioners, judges, and policymakers with analysis of recent court rulings, legal developments, and trends.
- Social Justice & Contextualization: Linking legal doctrine to more general ethical, global, and societal concerns.
- Accessibility: Encouraging the public and legal community to have unrestricted access to legal knowledge and research.
Aim and Scope
In the broad context of today's human rights demands, AUHDAP offers the opportunity to publish the latest developments in all fields of law, including national legislation, public international law, European law, general theory and philosophy of law, information technology law, and sports law. Our journal accepts papers on studies, book reviews, public and private law, European law, international law, jurisprudence, case studies, and articles related to these topics.
The main aim of the AUHDAP journal is to become a platform for carrying out scientific research in the field of legal sciences.
FEES
There are no fees associated with submissions, published articles, or any further data.
Our AUHDAP is a blind, peer-reviewed journal. All submitted articles in this journal undergo peer review, based on internal editor screening and at least three anonymous referees.
