There is an undeniable need for digital solutions in the public system, especially in civil law. The legal environment, where both courts and lawyers need digitisation to improve and streamline the system. Progress in implementing digitisation is evident, but there are still many opportunities where the implementation of technologies that have become commonplace in other areas can streamline existing processes.
