The Civil Code of 2009; national notarial; notarial actAbstract
The Civil Code of 2009 established the existence of national notarial registers at the level of the National Union of Notaries Public of Romania in order to support the entire circuit of legal acts and at the same time to strengthen the security of the notarial act and ensure a centralized record at national level.
The drafters of the Civil Code, perhaps with a view to strengthening the security of the notarial act, ensuring up-to-date records at national level and ensuring an efficient circuit of legal acts, have enshrined the existence of national notarial registers, expressly referring to them in countless legal texts.
