Some Understandings Of "Smart Contracts" In International Doctrine

The international doctrine presents numerous interpretations concerning the notion of an intelligent contract, but no consensus has been reached on the meaning of the term. The smart contract is an application of distributed ledger technology that will have a self-fulfilling function and the terms of which cannot be changed by one party without the other party’s consent to what is changed.
