Abstract

Law and digitalization in the contemporary era are between reality and expectation, expectation being based on certain probabilities in which we do not have the certainty of their realization. Humanity has always had the hope of realizing a better life in the future. What does the digitalization of legal life and specific legal activities have in store for us in the future?
