Positive And Negative Aspects Related To Digitalization And Physical Development

In a world of technological change, in an era of digitalization, I believe it is important to also address this topic regarding digitalization and the educational objective, physical development, from the perspective of benefits and disadvantages in the short, medium and long term. An analysis from the point of view of the two elements, benefits and disadvantages, must provide us with a trajectory of future steps in terms of limitations in certain areas of activity or the prevention of health impairment where physical development is clearly included.
