Digitalization and Fundamental Human Rights
Keywords:

We live in an age dominated by new technologies that are part of our daily lives. Fundamental human rights are in the sphere of new technologies, and digitization is a factor that is bringing about essential changes in the tradition of rights unanimously recognized as human rights. New technologies must not violate traditional human rights. Today, we are seeing the 'Gutenberg era' fading away and the printed book being replaced by digital texts. Today, for any 'information' source, the internet search engine Google is used. From this perspective, an analysis of the influence of digitization on fundamental human rights is needed, concerning tradition and with a view to the future.
