General Considerationsnon Nutrition In Romania

In this communication, we present, albeit briefly, the history of food and nutrition science in Romania, while stressing that it has the specificity of a "sectoral history". The explanation lies in the fact that this field is subsidiary to the "history of agriculture". In turn, it is part of 'universal history'.
